Keyword assignment 

You can create a list of keywords for the whole site, and you can then assign some of these to each page. Click on the image to get Help: 

 

 

+ to add a global keyword. Drag and drop to the top box to assign a global keyword to the selected page. 

 

The “global keywords list” is used for WinHelp, HTMLHelp, and is available for the CD searches. For the Web this list doesn’t have a global use - please understand that a keyword is not assigned to a given page unless you assign it. 

For the Web, the page keywords are automatically included within the proper META tag (you can enable / disable this with the Options button, within the FTP dialog).
